Post Thirteen: Boddies.

I went to a friends pub last night, and tried a few more beers. Here is a review for them.

Hoegaarden: I am surprised I have never tried this before, because it seems to be the popular choice among a few friends. It has a very citrusy smell to it, and the taste is smooth and malty. This white ale is definitely tasty, light, and enjoyable.

Boddingtons: Made exclusively in Manchester England for over 200 years, this beer is excellent. It is a rich, creamy, and sweet ale, that has a small hinting taste of honey that you get a sense of as it goes down. You have to drink it slow to really enjoy it though. Again, excellent!

Red Stripe: was actually one of the first beers I tried, over a year ago, and I have always been fond of this premium lager and its little brown bottle. Plus, get a load of these commercials.

...and last, and certainly my most interesting try of the night:

Victory Prima Pils: Victory Brewing Co, was formed in Downingtown PA, by two buddies who loved to make beer. This selection from their small variety is very interesting. You can definitely taste the hops in it, it taste as if they are almost over-burnt. I found it to be very interesting and very much enjoyed the bitterness of it.

My choice of the night: Boddingtons. Hey thanks Lindsey, good choice.
