Post One Hundred One - Amalfi Coast

Experience what it is like to drive on the narrow winding roads along the coast of Amalfi. View breathtaking mountain and ocean scenery. A quick stop in the town of Sorrento for a "caffe perfetto" and the madness of "I motorini". The Amalfi Coast is a little south of Naples Italy and runs between Sorrento and Salerno Italy.

We are taking a scooter ride along this road, hell yes we are insane, but you only live once. The town he/she stops into to get a drink, is Sorrento, where we will be staying.

Can everyone tell how uber excited I am?

Post One Hundred - All planned

My plans for Italy are officially set, in regards to places to go, places to stay, and the general stuff we will be doing. I do not want to plan everything down to the minute, because that honestly kills the spontaneity of traveling, but I do like to know where I will be sleeping every night and all. Our plans pretty much go like this

March 13th - 6 hours in London, then on to Rome, then on to Venice.
March 14th - Venice for a whole full day.
March 15th - Venice during the day, then a 8:30 overnight train to Naples
March 16th - Naples, see Pompeii, Vesuvius, and into Sorrento.
March 17th - The Amalfi Coast, Postiano, Amalfi, and Salerno
March 18th - The Isle of Capri and then onto Rome, via a bullet train
March 19th - Rome and the Vatican
March 20th - Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and all that, and Disco!
March 21st - Depart @ 12 for a trip back to the US of A. Boo!!!

28 days and counting.

Post Ninety Nine - Oh Anna...

What can be considered the Marilyn Monroe of my generation, miss Anna Nicole Smith, has passed today, in my home state of Florida. What an awful loss for America and the world.

Post Ninety Eight - SuperBored

Oh its that time of the year again, the Eagles aren't in the bowl, so the true outcome of it doesn't really matter to me. However, I shall be going for the Colts, I don't really like the Bears that much, and want to see Mr. Manning get his statue so they can honestly shut up about it.

I honestly have much more on my mind than the silly Superbowl. I am going to Italy next month and I have yet to set any plans for hotels, yikes! I hate the fact that my American dollar has been so shit on by my own country, so much that now I spend a quarter more for every dollar in Europe. Thanks Federal Reserve, your a useless piece of shit.

I am however, very excited for my trip, I need to get away for a bit, I have not had time for anything, and work is just downright annoying me at this point.

Enough of my gripes, go get drunk and watch your Superbowl!
