Post One Hundred and Three - Hook'd on Pan

Disney released Peter Pan yesterday, and well, at first I was kind of bummed, cause I thought I wouldn't get to get it, but June arrived home with a sup rise for me, the DVD of course. I try not to be too materialistic, but when it comes to DVDs, its a different story. And, especially classic Disney animation of course.

The DVD is awesome, and the transfer is breathtaking, honestly. I was kind of disappointed at the last platinum edition releases transfer (Little Mermaid), but this one definitely made up for it, ten fold. A matter of fact, I do not think I have seen an animated film of it's time transferred so well.

In other movie news...I did watch the Prestige, and it was one of the best movies I have seen in a good long while. The story was so well written and the twist and turns were purely brilliant.

Movies have been my life this week I guess, I am trying to pass the time before my trip, seeing as I can not spend money and all.

5 days til Italia, a week from now, I will be in Venezia!

Also: Captain America dead?!

PSS: Spiderman 3 needs to come out already, for realz.

Post One Hundred and Two - March ON

NetFlix, has been my savior, during these pre international travel days, I have been trying to watch movies and return them right away, so I have no urge to go out at night, or what have you.

My movie today: The Prestige, and damn does it look awesome.

I really want to see Zodiac in theatres though, I have always been terrifyingly interested in that story, and I hear the movie is amazing.

Random thoughts, sorry. I have not been able to post much at all lately, due to being so busy at work and not having energy to think of things to post. I will have some new material for you all soon though, definitely some Italy pictures in the coming weeks.
