I didn't really have all that much hope for the Eagles this year, but they sure proved me wrong so far in game 1 of the season. Donte Stallworth looked a lot better than anyone predicted. And to top it off, Dallas lost to none other than my second team, J-ville.

After watching the game, I played my second weekend of soccer, and did decent this time. A friend of mine accompanied me, so I think that calmed my nerves a little, plus the people who met up this week were really nice. I managed to get the ball, pass quite often, and almost scored a few times. The game ended up getting rained out in the last few minutes, but my team won.
