Post Thirty Nine - Miss Mars

Okay, before this past weekend, I would never admit to liking a show that plays on the WB/UPN/CW network, but now I must admit that I, Gavin Dehler, love one.

One by the name of Veronica Mars. I should blame it on my pal Derek, who stayed at my place for a week and played part of the series while over. I enjoyed the episode I saw, and finally had money to pick up dvd's the other day, so I purchased it on sale (at Target, which may I add, has awesome prices on dvd's occasionally), and it was well worth my $18.99.

The first season revolves around, obviously, miss Veronica Mars, and her life after the murder of her best friend, Lilly Kane, and break-up from her boyfriend. The show is packed full of catchy high school drama, but it always has the greatest twist, and leaves you wanting more. The mystery and suspense are exhilarating at times, and it easy to become addicted to it. And did I mention that Kristen Bell is by far, not 17 looking and hotter than all hell.

Season two, here I come.

ps: I'll never admit to liking a CW show again in my life.
